Want to learn how you can use one click to keep track of each article, book or eBook, web page, or document you find in your research? Or how in just a few more clicks you can automatically create citations for all those items?

Join librarian Tracey Hughes live to get started using Zotero, a free citation management tool that will help you collect, organize, cite, and share your research.

Spring 2022 Workshop Dates

  • Friday, March 11, 1:00pm – 2:00pm
  • Tuesday, March 15, 4:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Thursday, March 24, 11:00am – 12:00pm

Sign up for one workshop. Each one will cover everything you need to know to get started using Zotero: installing it on your device, saving items to your research library, and creating citations.

These online workshops are for currently-enrolled UMKC First Semester Experience students but are open to all UMKC students, staff, or faculty!

The workshops will be on Zoom. You will need access to a reliable internet connection, a desktop/laptop computer (smartphone/tablet not recommended), a video camera, and a mic (can be attached to headphones).

Registration is required to receive the online meeting link.
