Pride Month Book Display

June is Pride Month and the UMKC Libraries are celebrating the best way we know how: a book display! On the first floor of the UMKC Library, check out fiction, non-fiction, musical scores and more, all by LGBTQIA+ authors and artists.

The Libraries are also hosting our first ever Rainbow Read-In this month. Inspired by the African American Read-In, the Rainbow Read-In will showcase original and established works by LGBTQIA+ authors. It’s happening via Zoom Monday, June 14th, so be sure to register to present or attend today!

If you aren’t able to make the Rainbow Read-In, the Pride Month book display will be up and available through June 30th. Happy Pride, UMKC!
