Improve your research. Win some coffee. UMKC students enrolled in spring 2022 courses can schedule a meeting with a librarian to discuss their research! We can help you form a research question, plan a literature review, manage your citations, find sources for an assignment, and more.
Noted Kansas City jazz violinist and guitarist Claude “Fiddler” Williams is highlighted in this newest digitized entry in the UMKC Digital Special Collections. The photos range from the 1960s through the 2000s and cover the gamut of Williams career, personal life, and local ties to Kansas City.
The UMKC Libraries are excited report that we have received a gift totaling $30,942 from the Herbert Vincent Jones Jr. Foundation, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee, to fund a term-limited appointment for a Senior Academic Digital Projects Fellow.
With our new personal librarian program, UMKC students can be matched with a librarian who will share library tips and reminders, and answer your questions.
UMKC faculty who would like the Libraries to order materials for courses you are teaching in spring or summer 2022 should place your purchase requests with the library by January 28, 2022.
