Books on a table
Equity, News
As a participant in the work of the UMKC Health Sciences District, we at the Health Sciences Library provide resources and research assistance to health sciences students, faculty, and staff as they work on community-centered projects that are a part of the Health Equity Institute. The projects aim to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities in the Kansas City area.
The UMKC Libraries have created a new research badging program in Canvas! Students can self-enroll in the Canvas organization and have the option to earn three digital badges.
Located on the third floor of Miller Nichols Library, the Digital Collaboration Studio includes an open area with mobile furniture and high-definition monitors, seminar room with video conferencing capability and digital whiteboard and small collaboration rooms with high-definition monitors.
