UMKC Health Equity Fellows are conducting a research study to try and understand if and how students access mental health services. If you decide to participate, you will complete an anonymous survey (survey password: umkc) that should take 5 minutes to complete. If you would like to be entered in a drawing for a chance to win 1 of 5 $15 gift card, you will be directed to a different page to enter your contact information.
The survey will be open from April 7th to 11:59pm on April 19th.
