Tracey Hughes, Librarian IV, has been selected to receive the Outstanding Chapter Member Award from the Association of Black Women in Higher Education (ABWHE), recognizing her extensive service at both the chapter and national levels. She is a charter member and founding Secretary of the Greater Kansas City Chapter and has held numerous leadership and service roles. Tracey will receive the award at the 2026 ABWHE National Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, October 14–16. Congratulations, Tracey!
