Location
The Health Sciences Library is located in the Health Sciences District, UMKC School of Medicine Building, 2nd floor. See information on Health Sciences Library Building Access.
Getting Help

Study Spaces
Space is available throughout the library for group and individual study space. Public areas of the library are labeled and coded for noise levels, please be respectful of your fellow researchers. A group study room seating 5-8 people is available at the North end of the library. Please ask at the service desk for more information.
Shelving Locations
Materials are located in the center of the library and items are shelved according to the NLM classification system. Off-site materials can be delivered to you at the Health Sciences library from UMKC and other institutions, please ask at the service desk for more information.
Technology
Dental Instructional Resources Library
The Instructional Resources Library (IRL) is located on the third floor of the School of Dentistry building. The IRL includes slides and patient education materials. Contact the Health Sciences Library in advance to reserve necessary materials.
