Effective library research involves not just clicking and searching in the right places, but critical engagement with the research process. Learn how to utilize the research assignment to guide students toward better sources, more critical engagement with the information they encounter, and ultimately better results on their library-related projects.
This workshop for UMKC instructors or teaching faculty will be led by Mardi Mahaffy, Head of Teaching & Learning at UMKC Libraries and is hosted in cooperation with the UMKC Faculty Center for Excellence in Teaching (FaCET).
