red and blue paper hearts

February 14, 2023 is the annual UMKC Libraries African American Read-In, celebrating African American literature, music, and art. If you aren’t able to join us for this online event, you can experience Black History Month through a library lens using our first floor book display. Now through the end of February, come to the first floor of the UMKC Libraries to look through the collection, discover some new titles and authors, and celebrate the diversity of the UMKC community.
