Description: 

Scopus is the largest indexing database at UMKC. It includes 18,000 journals and conference proceedings in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities with worldwide coverage. It is our major database for cited reference searching: finding out how and by whom articles have been cited. Although the database indexes journals back to 1823, the citation analysis of these journals only goes back to 1996.
