Health Benefits of Tai Chi

Nina Chen, an instructor of Tai Chi for the University of Missouri Extension Center at UMKC, will explain the mental and physical health benefits of Tai Chi exercises.  There will be a demonstration of Tai Chi movements and attendees will have an opportunity to experience it for themselves.
