Selected Books and Editorships, 1995 to 1999
UMKC faculty are active researchers and participate in the scholarly process
by writing books, writing journal articles, presenting papers at conferences,
and editing scholarly journals. This list was compiled for the North Central Association reaccreditation site visit in April 1999.
This list is a representative selection
of recent books and editorships from about 1995 to 1999. No articles are
included here, although in the sciences this is the favored method of publication.
Thus, the voluminous publications in journals of our science and health
sciences faculty are not reflected here. Any omissions were inadvertent;
if any faculty members have published books or have editorial appointments
