What Does SOM Building Access Only Mean?

It means the full-text links for these journals will only work if you are at a computer in the UMKC School of Medicine building. Some publishers give on-line access only to computers that are actually in the same building as the paper copy of the journal. In our case, since the UMKC Health Sciences Library is located in the School of Medicine, all SOM computers can access these journals.
